The brand of Farol Santander Porto Alegre was derived from the existing brand in São Paulo. The major challenge was to translate the architectural heritage of the building into the design that illustrates the logo. The idea was to convey, through lines reminiscent of the Art Deco movement, the silhouette of the former Santander Cultural, while maintaining legibility and resemblance to the letter "A" in Farol. The visual universe applied to the architecture was a continuation of the previous brand, emphasizing the preferences of the local users. The use of colors is an extension of the parent brand, while the design of proprietary iconography brings a certain lightness that resonates with the target audience of the brand.
